Women are making their presence felt in our club

The strength of our women's contingent in our club is definitely on the up in our club at the moment. Jayde Treloar is matching it with the best in Division 1 at the moment while the all-womens team of Linda Yapp, Judy Chin, Desley Payne and Jenny Wyatt has got all the teams taking notice in Division 2.

Talking about this exchange, Sunshine Coast, who were thrashed by Pomona last year, reversed the results with a 4 team to 1 win. Everyone appeared to enjoy the table tennis and the get-together at the conclusion.

Thanks to Martin Tribe who did a very professional job in organising the event, and to Martin & Desley Payne who arranged a very nice lunch at the end.
