SO MUCH HAPPENNING IN OUR CLUB

There is so much happening in our club at the moment that it is difficult to keep you posted. I will try a quick summary (a picture tells a thousand words):-

1. PLAZA PROMO FOR SPINNEROOS PROGRAM

On Thursday 8th October and Saturday 10th October, we did a promo at the Sunshine Coast Plaza for our Spinneroos Program. It had a bonus by-product of also making a number of adults aware of our club as well.

2. Spinneroos Program

We were worried about numbers at one stage but they came in quick + fast at the end and we actually had to cap numbers. After 2 weeks it is plain to see that Patrick, Joel and Jayde are doing a great job and the kids are loving it.

3. CLOSED TOURNAMENT and EXHIBITION MATCH

Our Sunshine Coast Closed Championships held on October 17 were a great success. Please see a summary of results below;-

RESULTS:-

For most people the highlight was the Exhibition Match at 10am between international players, Patrick Wuertz and Bruno Levis. The focus was not on winning but rather producing a spectacle which they certainly did.
