In a rare happening in table tennis fixtures, A grader, Dan Ettel, has gone right through to the finals undefeated. He has often been taken to 5 games but has always prevailed in the end. In years gone by as a junior, Dan would be top of B grade and be put up to A grade only to find it tough going. And so he was relegated again. This happened several times. He has now established himself as one of the most difficult players to beat in the club.
Also Jamie Zafir in C grade is undefeated at this stage. But he has one more week of fixtures to go. I would be pretty certain that Jamie will be testing himself against the B graders. I believe that Jamie is using his vast experience as a tennis coach.
