June 10, 2014

We are now into the second half of the season, and Luke THomson is back on the top of the leaderboard... just. With Alan Bruhn and Luke both recording 3 wins, along with Martin Tribe.

Pelican Waters remain in top spot, but its close with plenty of matches to go to get into the top 4. with Patrick Keating beating Mike Wilson 11-9 in the 5th.

Ken Hay took Jimmy Yang to 5 to give the edge to Buderim and keep them in contention.

Division 2 has Nambour remaining unbeaten, however the competition is very much open with 5 teams vying for the finals.

Hussein, Mike Rodgers and Colin Rule all had 3 wins.

Alex Malanciou beat John Dale 16-14 in the 5th to make the final match the decider with a win for Colin over Steve Rowson, the first for some considerable time, (this blogger is happy).

David Eckerman is keeping his form with Mooloolaba winning in a close match, in fact 3 of the 4 matches finished with 6-5 score-lines.
